Posting Guidelines
- Be concise and stick to the topic
- Stay focused on the topic. Conversing back and forth with another individual will almost always lead you off topic.
- No advertisements and messages of a commercial nature are allowed
- All posts must be about European travel
- Questions are not allowed. You can only ask a questions on our Traveler's Helpline. Travel questions can also be sent directly to us at rick@ricksteves.com.
- If we judge that a posting does not make a specific contribution to the conversation at hand, it will be removed.
Other considerations:
- Please do not type messages in ALL CAPS (seen as "shouting" in cyberspace).
- Our Graffiti Wall is a place to post travel tips. It is not a chat board. If you disagree with a particular posting, post your own opinion but please don't chat back and forth. If you have questions for someone, email them directly (if they've included their address).
- If you have an unresolved conflict with the management of a place recommended in one of Rick's guidebooks, contact Rick's editor directly at books@ricksteves.com.
- If you hope to sell us (or even give us) travel articles or photos to publish, please be advised that — except for Graffiti Wall submissions — we do not accept unsolicited content.
