New for 2009: Expanded Tour Cancellation Coverage
![]() |
| We've expanded our 'peace of mind' coverage to include unexpected job loss, to help you better enjoy your travel dreaming. |
Looking forward to a European adventure should be fun, with a minimum of 'what ifs' in the back of your mind. To help you feel more at ease about your upcoming trip, we've added a new 'job loss' benefit to our 2009 Tour Cancellation Coverage.
Here are the details as they appear in our newly-revised 2009 Tour Cancellation/Interruption Coverage document:
"If you need to cancel your tour reservation due to the unexpected loss of your job, we will refund your final tour payment if you notify us at least 30 days before your tour's departure date. We will require a letter signed by your employer specifying the date of termination, typed on the company's letterhead (including contact information). This must be provided to ETBD prior to your tour departure date. A refund check will be sent to you upon verification of the information. Please note that we cannot refund your deposit due to job loss."
There are lots of great reasons to be excited about going to Europe this year. We hope this extra level of cancellation coverage helps you look forward to your upcoming trip with added enthusiasm!
