Staying Healthy in Europe

This month we're featuring a 2-minute clip on staying healthy while traveling in Europe. Being on vacation can be exhausting. Get plenty of sleep, eat healthy, drink lots of water and juice, and pace yourself. If you do get sick, a good first stop for medical advice is the neighborhood pharmacy. (Shortly after this was filmed, Rick found a cure for his big glasses.)
