Hopscotch Sinks. And the Winner Is….

Thanks for your help. So many great comments! No one came to the defense of "Mediterranean Hopscotch." So Rich will get his way. I will propose "Mediterranean Mosaic" to the public television network for the name of the series.

I hope to air four shows for the special, and produce a DVD with those four and four more — all eight of our Mediterranean episodes on a single killer “Mediterranean Mosaic” disc, as a pledge thank you.

My personal runners-up are Mediterranean Medley... Delights... Treasures... and Charms.

Great Choice. I like that a lot. Now you just need to offer a Blog Gone Europe Tour where we could all argue our way across europe munching cheese and sipping wine. Put the left wingers on the left side of the bus, right wingers on the right and centrists in the middle. Now heres the trick. I bet by the end of the trip some folks switch sides! That would be interesting.

Great choice Rick...... It was fun for us to participate in choosing a name........ Karen - great job......... You must feel good in suggesting the winning name that will become somewhat famous now.....looking forward to the new Mediterranean Mosaic DVD and series Rick.....

I think "Mediterranean Mosaic" is a great name... It makes me think of tiles and mosaic works from Greece, Italy and France... (didn't like Mediterranean Hopscotch myself.

Rick, look forward to the episode! I have been busy lately (ironically, I got a job as a budget travel writer!) so haven't been able to check in as much. My suggestion would have been Mediterranean Tranquility (so many other good ones were picked!). Thanks for involving your readers in what you do. It's so awesome to be a small part of living your dream!
