The vast majority of disabled rooms have only a single bed, and there seems to be no reliable way to determine this in advance. I have even had hotels confrirm my reservation for an accessible twin-bed room and arrive to find I have my choice of a room with twin beds that is non-accessible or an accessible room with a single bed.
