Zurich to Munich in July
In July i am taking a trip to Zurich. I am spending 8 days there, and i want to travel up to munich and back, using a car. anyone have good towns, activites, or places to stay that i could visit on the way? I would also like to dip into austria if possible.

Hi Kirsten, ...you may find the above link helpful. Places you might visit and which we have always enjoyed are Luzern CH and Salzburg AT... You could take a steamer cruise inexpensively at Luzern and could visit the castle, Hohensalzburg, in Salzburg. You could have lunch aboard a steamer, too. Steamers are frequent, local transportation (commuters, sort of), beautiful vessels and leave from the dock in Luzern across the street from the train station. ... Have a great trip... P
