There are several other posts that address this, so you might want to check those out for feedback. But, the gist is that they are everything that you have observed and asked about. And, no, there are no hidden fees.
We're going to use them in June.
I use Jimmy tours and have always found them reasonably priced, efficient and no hidden costs.
We used them last year on two different occasions with no problems. Just be sure to give them your flight information, so they can meet you if your flight is delayed. Even though one flight was a couple of hours late, the driver was there with a sign when we exited the baggage area... There were no hidden fees, but we were pleased with the service and gave the driver a tip.
Hi. Just returned from Rome. We used that company. Picking us up from the airport was no problem, no hidden fees. However, they did forget to pick us up at the hotel to take us back to the airport. After checking out of the hotel and waiting outside for them, I had to go back to the hotel desk, call them. They had to locate the driver. Eventually a regular city cab picked us up, but it was stressful. I really should have called the day before to confirm the time. That probably would have avoided the situation.
