Travel from Sevilla to Lisbon
What is the best way to do this? I see in the packet (Rick Steves' 2008 Guide to Eurail Passes, p. 5) that it is $55 and 7 house. Whose bus is that? Which website should we use? I'm struggling a little with the language barriers.
Any help is appreciated!

You can either fly, bus or car between Lisbon and Sevilla. There is no direct train. You can take the train but you would have to go Sevilla > Madrid > Lisbon. For buses, you can try to book, http://www2.alsa.es/portal/index.asp
I used this run in February, and although I personally had no problems, I did see two people that had printed tickets offline for this run but for some reason were not on the master list of passengers the bus company had and were not allowed to get on the bus. So i would reccomend checking at the bus station when you get to Sevilla just to make sure everything is OK so you dont get a nasty surprise. When you get there, the window will say Eurolines, even though the website says ALSA- they are one and the same for this route.
