Vatican tour reservations?
Is it worth making the reservation if I plan on going early Wednesday morning? Are they rushed?
Also, what site/company did you use that was good?

On Wednesday, if the Pope is in town, it is usually more crowded - in fact, other than Monday, Wednesday is the next busiest day of the week. So if you plan to go on Wednesday AM in the summer time you will probably need reservations, or be waiting in line...

Actually, our schedule is pretty open so we don't *have* to go on a Wed.
Would Tuesday or Thursday be slower?
Probably best day to go is Tuesday, followed by Thursday. I prefer to go in the afternoon after the line dissipates! It's just too busy in the AM. Most of the tour groups go 9 AM - 1 PM. Depending on what part of the summer you are here, the lines tend to extend later in the day, as the season heightens!

make a reservation thru the vatican..it was great and we got to skip the long long line....the line is incredible ...once you have a reservation go to the entrance and you will see a separate spot for reservations jo
