I've been to MSM twice and found the dining options limited.

My opinion is the best option is the grocery store on the right as you approach the causway.

Most of the restaurants seem to serve identical menus. The food wasn't bad, but nothing to memorable. The one exception, however, is listed in Rick's book, and I believe the name is "Restaurant St. Michel" or something similar. Probably one of the best mid-priced meals I have eaten in France.
