I like the idea of having comments/questions by geographic area.

I like the idea, too, however I am having to change my password every time I sign in. This is time-consuming and very annoying. I am on the verge of discontinuing my use of the helpline. People at ETBD, HELP!
hate the new format because you constantly have to reset your password each time you post something.
This is a good example of the downside of this format -- one of the other sections has a string about this, that you wouldn't see unless you went there specifically. Thumbs down!
I DO like the new option of the "Classical View" format so if I have time, I can look over lots of comments and occassionally pick up tips. Thanks S
If I am doing a quick check for a specific area, this new format is nice. But I'll use the new "classical" form most of the time. I really enjoy seeing where people are going and their experiences. I'm also a lot more likely to reply with a suggestion about our previous experiences and wouldn't otherwise see the question. I really appreciate the addition of the "classical" format.
