Charles de Gaulle Airport - Budget Place to stay?
Does anyone know of a decent place to stay near CDG that has a shuttle service to/from the airport? Thanks, Kerri

If you book 30 days ahead of time, Ibis hotels at CDG have a special rate of 59 euro.
I just looked for my Sept 22, 2008 date and it was only 1oEuro off for a total price of 130Euro.
Try either this Etap hotel or this Formule 1 hotel. Like Ibis hotels, they're part of the Accor chain. Both of them say "Navettes gratuites vers les terminaux de 05h15 à 23h30. Renseignements des horaires en réception" which means "Free shuttle bus service between the terminals from 05:15 to 23:30. Timetable information at reception."
Echo Tim's sentiments...have stayed at this Etap and the Ibis right next door....small but clean and comfortable rooms. The Formule 1 does not have en-suite bathrooms, but the price is certainly right! Shuttle is efficient and frequent. They go to Terminal 2 and to the RER station, which is close to Terminal 3, and just a few minutes by the CDGVal peoplemover shuttle to Terminal 1.
We have stayed at the Ibis and taken the shuttles for free. It is great. We stay at the chain in all major cities. My husband took a stroll and found a very cute village about 10 minutes away and we went there for dinner. It was very local and had great food.
