That "deal" doesn't include the airport fees.Has anyone checked the final price actually? Some web sites publishe da rate without fees, when you check out the fees can be as much as the airfare.

I'm not sure; I didn't look into it, but the article originated with Arther Frommer's blog, so I suspect that he would have thought of that. He seemed to genuinely think that it was a huge bargain (with a very small window of opportunity).

Gee even with airport fees added on after that sounds good to me,, maybe you can usaually get fares for less then 800 dollars from the east coast,, as even with extras tacked on that fare is still bound to be very low.

I just purchased a ticket Cleveland, OH to Venice, and out from Rome back to Cleveland for $1084 tax included. in October.
