Villas/Apartments vs. Hotels in Nice FR.
What are the advantages/disadvantages of renting a villa or apartment in or near Nice? Will be traveling with another couple and planned on renting a car anyway.

I can't answer your question directly, but I suggest checking out www.rusticfrance.co.uk La Bergerie is owned by a lovely British couple whom we met while we were all "on holiday" in Florence this past November. You would not regret renting from them!
