Tea in London
How long should we allow for either an afternoon tea or a High Tea while in London?

Depends on where you go and how leisurely you want the experience to be. Recently my wife and I had tea at the Orangery near Kensington Palace with friends. We had to wait in line for about 30 minutes, but could have taken as long as we wanted. I guess we spent an hour or so enjoying tea, scones, and clotted cream.
