What does CAP mean?
I was trying to make hotel reservations online today typing in name, address, etc. and they ask for CAP. What's that? I left it blank and tried to submit the information but it would not let it go through. Help!

Perhaps CAPitals?

It was for the Hotel Caravaggio in Florence.
If unable to get through on this website, why not try www.venere.com. You might be abel to find the same hotel...or one better and avoid the issue of figuring out what CAP is! Just a suggestion.
I found it on another Italian travel site, and there, it appeared to be looking for something like a zip code or postal code.
If you translate the page or use the English language version (click on British flag at top right) you will find that CAP is Zip Code.
