italian discos for teens

Does anyone know of discos for teens, age 12-17 in the hill towns, Milan Rome or Venice? I have heard of other going to them and thought my kids would enjoy this. Thanks!

I wouldn't send any teens off on a trip to a "disco" on their own. There are a lot of scammers out there (young and old) who would take advantage of their lack of street/travel smarts and they might end up without their wallets/purses, or worse get drugged and mugged. These things happen.

Thank you for the reminder, you are right. We are hovering parents but thought if it was for younger kids they may have fun. We have heard from friends about the fun they had. So we will definitely keep near and talk with them beforehand.

Or assaulted or raped, and twelve doesn't even qualify for teenager designation. Anyway, you may wish to do a little research on the topic of crime and personal safety for tourists in Italy….good for all ages. And, review the tips for avoiding trouble in and around nightclubs and discothèques. BTW, the legal drinking age is 16 in Italy. Stay with your very young kids, and don’t turn them loose on their own in Milan, Rome, or anywhere. If they were 18 and heading to college next fall, it’s a different story, perhaps (although the dangers already mentioned would still exist). Keep hovering for awhile.
