Has anyone purchased tickets through this company? They are a couple of hundred dollars cheaper on flights. I have never heard of them.

They are a Portland. ME based state licensed travel agency that dips into a pool of what used to be called "consolidator fares." The airlines drove most of them out of business by putting their own low fares out online, or through blind bidding sites like Priceline and Hotwire. Most of their listings the airline isn't shown, but you can figure that out by looking at flight times elsewhere.

As you can see at the bottom of their results they are "Sabre Connected." Sabre is the largest of the GDS (Global Distribution Systems) around.

This question has come up several times on this board and others, you can search for more responses. Most out there have had good experiences.

As long as you use your credit card, there should be no problem of getting ripped off. You'll get a regular airline confirmation from them and be able to see your reservation on the airlines web site.

Thank you for your help. I will search for other threads addressing this issue. Traveling to Germany next year and trying to make it more affordable. It can be difficult with so much out there to know what you can trust and what to avoid. I appreciate this resource. Karen
