Cross Country skiing near Bolzano
After Milan, we are heading up to this area for a couple of days at the end of December. Any recommendations on where to cross country ski and will places be open on New Years Day?

Head on up to Castelrotto and take the lifts to the Alpe du Suisse for some wonderful cross country trails.
