Luzerne Switzerland transportation to Zurich airport
We need to be at the Zurich airport at 8am for a 10am flight back to the US. Is it possible to stay in Luzerne instead of Zurich and take a coach or bus to the airport instead of the train. It would be easier with luggage. This would be November 12th, 2009. Thanks! Sandy

According to the Swiss Rail website (http://rail.ch) the first train of the day to the airport from Luzern is at 4:55am arrives at the airport 6:13am. It's a direct train with no changes.
There's no direct bus service.
As Michael points out, you probably want to take the train. The train station is basically under the airport. Probably less than a hundred yards to the check in point for your plane.
