Renting a car with a "renewed" license

I am planning on renting a car to drive around England this summer. I just renewed my license and received a sticker for the back of it. Has anyone had trouble renting a car with this?

I had a renewal sticker on my California license once. Never had a problem with it at rental counters since it is "legit."

I rented a car in Ireland with a stickered license - no problem.
