Taking what train
I'm flying into Nuremburg and need to travel on to Aunsback Gm. What train do I catch?

Do you mean Ansbach, Germany?
There is an U-Bahn, the U2, from the Nuernberg Flughafen to the Nuernberg Hauptbahnhof. It is probably the only one from the Flughafen. One leaves about every 15 min.
At the Hbf you take a regional train to Ansbach. There is at least one per hour. It looks like some but not all leave on track 22. They should say to Ansbach.
According to the netzplan of the VGN (Verkehrsverbund Greater Nuernberg), there is only one train, the U2, to the airport. It goes to the Nuernberg Hauptbahnhof, but it doesn't end there. You have to make sure you get off and don't go beyond.
You should be able to purchase a ticket at the airport for all the way to Ansbach for €8,10.
