football games at Wembley Stadium

Can anyone share their experience and any tips on attending a game. Is the crowd mostly male? Thanks

Hi, not been myself, but footy crowds are more mixed than they used to be. At my local team maybe 20% female,

What game? The atmosphere will be different between, say, the FA Vase and the Cup Final.

Wembley only does the "big" matches like the FA Cup final, and most national (England) team matches. None of the club teams play there regularly. I've only attended one match at the new Wembley (the England v US friendly a couple of years ago), and the crowd was mostly full of families. I'd guesstimate that it was a 50/50 male-female ratio. I've been to a bunch of Arsenal and Chelsea matches at their respective stadiums. The weekend league matches have been mostly families in attendance, whereas the mid-week evening Champions League matches were predominantly men in attendance. Mostly because these matches are on school nights, and CL tickets are very expensive.
