Maricela: Yes. I have rented from Kemwel.com several times. They are a wholesaler so you take your car from another company such as Sixt.com. Always had good experience with them and found them to be cheapest every time.
You may also want to compare Carjet, another wholesaler with which we've had excellent experiences in Europe. Their rates are the lowest I've seen, and include everything, including CDW. They also list the things not covered (some road taxes in places like Germany) and tells you how much they are. www.carjet.co.uk
I am renting a car through Autoeurope. They will match or change your rate if you come up with another company that is less than what you are paying. I've used them 3 times and have not had a problem with them. I'm picking a car up in LaSpezia, Italy from Avis and returning it in Orvieto, Italy. I found a cheaper rate on the Autoeurope website days after I had booked and they gave me the new rate and credited my credit card company.

We've rented through Kemwel several times--no problems, rates are competitive. We've also made hotel reservations through Kemwel, including our trip to Great Britain this coming Aug. Kemwel has met competitor's prices and fully refunded our car/hotel rentals last year when we had to cancel our trip.
