Prague-Budapest Stopover

Hi,

I am interested in breaking up my train ride from Prague to Budapest. Is there someplace between the two cities that is worth a few hours (lunch and sightseeing) to break up the journey?

Definitely do Bratislava. Stash your bag at the station, take the tram into the old town. Rick's walking tour is great, visit the castle, have a bite, and head back to the station. In a few hours you should be able to see the main sights ad have a fun wander.
