day trips from Bantry
We will be heading to Ireland in a couple of weeks.\ and staying three days with relatives in Bantry. Can anyone suggest some good day trips from there?

The coastal road through Skibbereen to Kinsale (N71 r596) is very nice. You can also get to Killarney National Forest in a couple of hours.
I've never toured the Sheep's Head Peninsula but I've heard it is very beautiful in good weather
