Britain Passes

Is it a good idea to buy a London pass or English or British Heritage pass to get into attractions. I know it depends on what you want to see, but I was wondering if it is worth it?

General not at least for me. So many of the museums in London are free. So You have to detail where you will be visting and how much admission is. No short cut.

I havent done the London pass in a while. For me, it didnt seem to be worth it. The British Heritage Pass value really depends on how many attractions you intend to visit. From what I recall (the last time I used one was three years ago) the pass paid for itself after two attractions covered had been visited. It made sense if you were going to three or more. Hope this helps.

Do you mean the London Explorer Pass for the bus/Tube? This is a GREAT convenience. Heritage Pass is also a good deal, particulalrly if you will be going outside London.
