Quad Room in London

I am looking for a quad room that is in hotel/b&b that has a lift or located on the first floor. Price is an issue, definitely want something that is around 150 pounds if possible.

Cathryn - Try the Falcon Hotel(www.falcon-hotel.com) it's located very close to Paddington Station.

Cathryn,
Did you confirm that the room on the first floor means it is on what Americans call the first floor? Street level may be called the ground floor and "first floor" would be the corresponding story one level above street level. Remember that Americans and Brits are two peoples separated by a common language!
