How long would you recomend touring Prague

That's a fairly broad question, so a bit difficult to answer. It would help if you could provide some further information on your interests and what you hope to see there.
If you're just interested in seeing sights in Prague, then three days is probably reasonable. If you plan on taking day trips to Cesky Krumlov or other places, then it would be advisable to add a day or two.

Anything under 3 days you'll regret it.
I would also say at least three days. When Rick Steves had tour of Prague among his city tours like he still has London, Paris and Rome it was 7 days.

Oh, and I think you SHOULD add Cesky Krumlov to your plans. Interesting place.
