Any suggestions or reviews on winery tours out of Siena? I will be there towards the end of November for just a couple days and my travel mates think it sounds fun.

You didn't say whether you had a car or not . We met a couple in Siena who booked a tour ahead of time at the Banfi Winery in Montalcino and they reported it was well worth the trip. We stopped in Montepulciano on our way to Siena. There are plenty of wine sellers and tastings along the main street all the way to the top of the hill. Also there is a company in Siena Sienaholiday.com i believe which has half day tours to Tuscan hill towns.

We are on public transportation (no car). Has anyone ever taken one of the half day winery tours out of Siena? Thanks!
