Solo Walkabout Germany during June 2012
I will be on a solo walkabout in Germany during June 2012 and will be staying in Garmisch-Partenkirchen the first week. I've been there before--it's that great. The rest of the trip is open and I have a few places in mind to travel to, most likely by train. I'm a mid-50s male, married, and retired law enforcement. I speak some travel German. Interested in exploring with the occasional fellow traveler. I'm on a budget so I will be staying at the cheaper lodgings and doing the picnic thing.
