Car rental in Tuscany May 2012

Hi,
We arrived in Chiusi by train on a Saturday. Most car rental agencies close around noon, however Sarah at ASSERENT car rental agreed to stay until we arrived. The whole experience of renting a car through this agency was positive. We wanted an automatic transmission, which was accomodated. Discussions via email about the car that would best suit our group was easy and we were not disappointed when we arrived.There were no surprises after the fact with add-on charges or anything else. Sarah explained the contract/insurance and was very helpful in providing driving directions and maps for touring Tuscany/Umbria. If I rent again, it will be through this agency. We were so pleased with the process and result!

Here is the web site and contact information. I e-mailed and received information about the car and the prices. When we agreed on which car, Sara sent us the information.
