Paris: La Chapelle/Orsay
Just got back from Paris. It was Our 5th time there but the 1st time in 12 years. We had a great time and I'd like to share 2 thoughts:
La Chapelle: You will wait in line longer than you will be inside. We were a little disappointed. Basically, there are 2 rooms to see and 1 of them shares space with the gift shop. A large section of the stained glass is covered during restoration. There used to be some side rooms and exhibits but no more.
Orsay: Went on a Thursday at about 3pm. No line. And since it was Thursday, The museum was open until 9 pm so we could take our time with our favorite museum.

I would suggest anyone visiting Paris to NOT MISS St. Chappelle. It is more impressive than Notre Dame. The windows are spectacular...a precious jewel box.
