Jeremy, judging from the response it looks like you might be better off staying in Budapest and commuting on the train. OR, this response will bump you back to the top and maybe you will get some help.

Hi Jeremy,

Check out Viennapart. They have good reviews on TripAdvisor. We haven't stayed there, but are looking into it for our 2013 trip to Austria!
