Women's Travel Group, Buddy, Buddies to visit Europe, Caribbean, U.S. and other places. Site is now created so that others can see suggestions, pics, find other women to travel with. Anyone can post their travel destination to find a female buddy or buddies for company, where they can share info, etc. Let me be clear this is not a TOUR such as Rick Steves Tour.

Ladies, thank you for responding! It seems we have quite a few women that are interested. So glad to hear this! I will keep you on the site (possible through meetup.com) and if anyone would like to be assistant organizer(s) that would be great! I believe there is small fee to start a group and maintain the site so will let everyone know. Also since we are all over the US, we may have to be meet via skype. If anyone has any input please send private email. Thanks!

Hi Waz. Count me in. I'm an American originally from Illinois, but... have a house in Ormond Beach....and have been living up in Vancouver, B.C. for 4 years now. Have most recently been enthralled with Southwest Turkey and Greek Isles. Was there all of August, 2012. (Daughter has relocated to Manchester, England). Now I have January and February offand am trying to decide what to do and where to go. You gals must surely have some suggestions, eh? (lolthat's Canadian talk! :-) )

Hi Waz, thank you for initiating a movement! I'm an experienced traveler and would travel far more often if I had buddies. I am primarily interested in architecture, museums, cheap eats with the locals, or nature and hiking. Just don't like humid heat or mosquitos ;-)
