Paris Airport

We are planning our March/April trip to Germany and could possibly have a layover in Paris. From what I can see we would arrive in one terminal, such as 2e and have our connecting flight to Berlin out of another, such as 2f. I've read about some people complaining that getting between the two terminals can be difficult and/or very time consuming but then I've also read about it only taking 8 minutes. Can anyone enlighten me on if this is actually true or not? We'll be traveling with our daughter who will be 22 months at the time so I'm going to try an avoid any connection times under an hour and a half, especially since I don't know how long it will take to go through customs.

If 2E and 2F are the actual terminals, it's a five-minute walk between them. The walk betwen the two most distant hunks of T2 is less than twenty minutes.
