Hello there! I am taking the train to Annecy from Lyon(December 30) and was wondering if around 4pm will be dark(the train will be there at 4pm).... Hello there! According to the Weather Channel, sunset is officially at 17:23 Dec., 31 st. 5:23 pm to you and I. I would check the ten day forecast closer to your trip and act accordingly.
Annecy is always beautiful. Yes, it will be getting dark when you arrive, it will be cold, and it might snow. But it will be beautiful, and the train station is right in the center of town and a short walk to Lake Annecy.
