Marrakech private tour from Casa
On board ship in Dec. 2012, 1 day in Casa. have visited there as well as Fez and Rabbat. Would like to tour to Marrakech from Casa. (port) does anyone have any ideas? thanks.

You should go to www.cruisecritic.com, and sign up for the "roll call" for your sailing. Then, you can post on the boards asking if this is a viable trip, and ask if any one knows of a good guide or organized tour, and if you want to cut your costs, you can ask if anyone wants to join your tour.

Been a "cruise critic" for years. We have over 60 people on this sailing. Thank you for the suggestion. Only 1 tour going not with the ship and it is full. Oh well...will try when we board. Signed up on the ship tour, just in case. Thank's again.

Well - it's autoroute all the way, but even once you get out of the traffic at each end it's still a two hour drive each way. Sounds like a very rushed "tour" to me.
Have been informed with normal traffic (whatever that is) it should take 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Hoping to find a car to take us on tour and return us to ship (Casa) in the evening. Have tried a few sites on web, but they all have 8 passenger vans. Too expensive. Thanks for the input.
