B and B Nice

Have you looked on tripadvisor.com Nice forums,, you can search the reveiws section for b@bs or a small hotel.
We were in Nice this past summer and I didn't book soon enough to get into this place but its very well reviewed, you may wish to check it out( just google for site). "Nice Garden Hotel".
We ended up staying in a balcony room at the Hotel Solara and loved it ,, and would stay there again in a heartbeat, cheap, good a/c , great staff, very central , clean and modern.
