Madrid to Granada:
The distance is about 450 km and takes about 4hr and 1/2 by train or car. Slightly longer by bus (although cheaper, about 20 euros).
Granada is also reachable via air with Air Nostrum, Iberia Express (seasonal) and, starting in 2013 with a new airline called Hispania Airways, based in Granada. Flight time is about one hour.

Madrid to Seville:
The distance is about 550 km and takes about 2h 30min by AVE high speed train. This is the fastest way.
By car or bus you would need about 6 hours.
Sevilla is connected by air to Madrid with Air Nostrum and Iberia Express. Flight time is just over one hour.

Madrid to Cordoba:
The 450 km can be traveled by AVE train (it's on the same line Madrid-Seville) in about 1hr 45 min. This is the fastest option.
By car or bus you will need 4hr30 min by car and about 5 hr by bus.
There are no flights available from Madrid to Cordoba.
