I stayed at hotel chappelle du parc and really liked it. Reasonable cost, very close to the Domain (~1 block from entrance), clean, big room, modern bathroom, elevator. I asked for a quiet room that didn't overlook the street; I'd guess the rooms on the other side could be noisy. Little fruit/veg/drink stand next door, and lots of restaurant choices in adjacent buildings.
