fine dining at France's Charles de Gaulle airport?

Hi, we'll have a layover at France's Charles de Gaulle airport next August from about 9am to noon. Are there any fine dining restaurants at the airport? If so, which ones do you recommend and are they open 24 hours? Thanks!

"Fine dining" in an airport, any airport, seems highly unlikely, but since you only have 3 hours and must at some point go through security, etc., and be at your departure gate in good time, do you really have 3 hours?

Fine dining in France in the mid morning would be a sight to see. I'd be interested to see what you found...

I suggest getting thru whatever security, etc that is needed to get to your departures gate. Then, depending on time available and what eateries are there, make your choice.

If you click on the link Michael gave you this is what you'll find.

2C has Caviar House and Prunier inside the security zone.
2F has a Maxim's bistro in the public zone.

The rest is cafe and sandwiches. There is a Brasserie Flo somewhere, too.

2F also has the place famous for macaroons and a fine dining restaurant, but I doubt the restaurant is open that early.

As others have indicated, three hours goes fast when in transit.

Caviar House at the airport is a tasting bar, which may be what you want mid-morning. Fine tasting, I'd call it.

That does sound yummy, Norma.
Lynn, you would have to be flying out of 2C to go there because it is inside the security zone.
However, you could always have a decent breakfast at the Sheraton inside Terminal 2, in the public zone (obviously).
