Hotel/B&B recommendations in Grassmarket area

Hi all - I will be traveling to Edinburgh for the first time in June, and would like to find accommodation in the Grassmarket area. If anyone has a recommendation, I'd appreciate hearing it.

Hi Barbara, We stayed at the Apex International. It's a great location but a big hotel. I needed wifi and it worked great in the room. Grassmarket is a great area. Very easy to walk most places. Enjoy!

Yes, it looks like a great hotel, but perhaps a bit pricey for me. I appreciate the suggestion, though!
