One day in the Julian Alps
My parents and I will be driving from Lake Bled through the Julian Alps. What is a good one day intenerary in June for 3 people in a car? Thanks! We loved Murren, so hope this is similar.

Hi Brendon!
Dont take the freeway via Jesenice, thats boring. There's a cool road from Bled
the back way via Radvona to Mojstrana (see your map). Then stop in Kranjska Gora,
over the vrsic pass and down into bovec. follow the road down along the soca river.
There's a car train at Most Na Soci to take you back to Bled.

We loved the Julian Alps; we stayed in Mjoistrana (sp?) and did the drive over the Vrsic Pass over and back, then again one-way when heading on to Piran. We we rubber-necking and still missed some of the favorite sights the second time.
