Gardaland or Rainbow Magicland?

Is either worth it for adrenaline junkies? I love, love, LOVE huge, scary, crazy roller coasters and just discovered these two parks exist. Which one has more coasters? Is either worth a half day visit? I looked online but couldn't get a good overview for the rides at RML. Alternately, is there a better park to visit? Thanks! :)
