Tour in Venice
3 couples will be arriving in Venice 1 day before a cruise. We are staying on the island. What should we try to see, and any recommendations for places to eat. Thanks

with so little time and apparently no strong feelings about "must-sees," I'd suggest booking a walking tour or two. That would probably be the most effective way to get an overview of highlights. Context Venice does a great job. I'd suggest you check their website.
Either Rick Steves Venice or his Mediterranean Cruise Ports book will answer all your questions in more detail than anyone can post in the 2000 character limit of the Helpline.
