Naples Private Tours
My husband and I are taking a Mediterranean cruise in May 2013. We found a spectacular tour group/guide in Turkey (Melitour)...recommended by Rick Steves. It is a smaller, family-owned tour company, and they will not only show us the beautiful sites of Istanbul and Ephesus, but welcome us into their home for a nice Turkish meal. I think this is what makes a perfect trip...the combination of culture + history (and of course food!!!!!!). I am the type to prefer off-the beaten path travel and living like the locals, but my husband won't stray too far from his comfort zone (hence the cruise as means of transportation). I am hoping we can find a happy medium...
I am reaching out on here to see if anyone knows any smaller private tours (that won't break the bank!) similar to the one I mentioned in Naples, Italy.
