London Pub Walks

Has anyone used Bob Steele's Aletrails? 3 hour walk for 50 pounds for 3 of us. Visit 5 pubs, have a drink at each and walk by a few more. Any thoughts on his walk?

Sorry, I haven't. We did the London Walks tour of London Tour and found it quite extensive and informative and I would definitely take another walking tour from them.
They have several pub different walks: http://www.walks.com/London_Walks_Home/London_Pub_Walks/default.aspx

Hopefully someone has taken both and can compare.

Also, any of the London Walks pub walks would last around 2 hours and would cost 27 pounds for 3 of you, plus the cost of beverages.

Hi Susan,

yes I have organised a work trip with Bob as the lead and it was great fun. Bob is an engaging host and is very knowledgeable about all things pubby including the architecture, customs etc.

I'm not a drinker so I don't know - but after 5 pints will you remember a lot of what you saw?
