travel to Gobekli Tepe site, Turkey March 2013
I want to travel to the site in Gobekli Tepe, Turkey in March 2013. What is the best way to do that. I know there are alot of Syrian refugees coming over the border at this time.

The region around Urfa has not been affected by a significant inflow of Syrian refugees. There is a camp in Harran and there are some refugees on the border but the significant camps and inflows are further west into Hatay. We are eastern Turkey Tours specialists and although our base is Van we run rgular tours that take in Urfa and Gobekli Tepe, in fact, we have just inaugurated a service that can provide daily tours from Istanbul although if you are going to come from Istanbul we suggest you stay at least one night in Urfa which would allow you to take in some new additions to the visitors itinerary in Urfa such as Haleplibahc mosaic museum.
