Did you calculate the point-to-point driving distances and check out when the ferries run? Where are you flying into and out of? Will you have the rental car the whole time and are you dropping it off in a different place?

Your itinerary seems really tight - I don't think the "all day" predictions will come true because you need to account for time in transport.

Be sure to check the ferry schedules to make sure they are running on the days you want in March. For the driving times between places, I like viaMichelin.com. Have fun!!

If you're keeping your rental car until you reach Dubrovnik, a more efficient routing would be Split to Mostar to Korcula to Dubrovnik. Be sure to confirm that you can take the car into Bosnia-Herzegovina.

If you're dropping off the car in Split, be aware that the ferries and catamarans to Korcula probably won't get you there until late afternoon. Boat may not be an option from Korcula to Dubrovnik, but there's good daily bus service. You'd likely need to do Mostar as a day trip from Dubrovnik, and those tours usually don't run every day.

I reiterate what the other posters have said – the somewhat long travel times between your destinations will limit your time in most destinations to less than all day.
